These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thrivv website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Children use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to manage the family members you add.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Thrivv is a mobile and tablet application. If paid plans are offered, they are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other terms we communicate at the time of purchase. Billing, renewal, and cancellation for store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s terms. Details will be shown in the app before you subscribe.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Services
- Upload harmful content, malware, or abusive material
5. Content and data
You retain ownership of the routines, tasks, and other content you create. You grant Thrivv a limited license to host, process, and sync your content solely to operate the Services. We will not sell or use your content for advertising purposes.
6. Intellectual property
Thrivv and its logos, designs, code, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual need.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thrivv operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
